For more than a century now the Arlberg region and Lech Zürs have been renowned for winter sports, snow, hospitality, tradition and fine cuisine – which is why the village of Lech is a member of the ‘Best of the Alps’ group. Since 2013 the Arlberg ski area is connected to Warth-Schröcken. Holders of the ‘Ski-Arlberg Card’ have access to 88 cable-cars and chairlifts, 305 km of downhill ski runs covering all levels of difficulty and 200 km of deep-snow runs in one of the finest and most beautiful winter sport destinations in the world.
The breathtaking winter landscape, however, is not only a haven for ski and snowboard enthusiasts. Away from the pistes, too, Lech Zürs and Oberlech offer plenty to see and do.
