ARRIVAL DEPARTURE
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm at the latest.
If you would like to use the day of arrival for skiing or hiking, you are welcome to park with us and change clothes in the house. Breakfast on the day of arrival is possible with prior arrangement from approx. 9:30 am.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 am.
PRICES / RESERVATION / PAYMENT
Prices per person/day
Included
Breakfast buffet, use of the wellness facilities and one garage space per room.
To be paid extra:
Local tax of € 5,27 per person and day from 14 years.
For additional garage spaces we charge € 18 per day/space - if available.
Two people per room are charged in full - single rooms only on request.
The booking is fixed upon receipt of the deposit or credit card details.
We accept debit cards (A, D, NL, CH), VISA and MasterCard.

Cancellation conditions and general terms
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY for bookings made on or after 15 June 2026
Winter season
We offer free cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50%
- 29 to 8 days before arrival: 70%
- 8 to 3 days before arrival: 90%
- 2 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total amount is payable
Summer season
We offer free cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date
- 29 to 20 days before arrival: 50%
- 19 to 8 days before arrival: 70%
- 8 to 3 days before arrival: 90%
- From 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount is payable
In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full accommodation fee.
Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total price.
Room cancellations can only be accepted in writing (by email).
We also reserve the right to cancel your booking if we do not receive the required deposit by the deadline.
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply. (AGBH)
For bookings made via other booking platforms, the cancellation terms agreed on those platforms apply.
Trip cancellation and accident insurance
TRAVEL CANCELLATION AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Our recommendation:
To avoid costs and hassle in the event of cancellation or early departure, and to ensure greater peace of mind during your holiday in Austria, we recommend taking out the affordable Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance (including helicopter rescue) or the even more comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (including accident cover package).
When booking via our website or confirming an offer or reservation, you can add travel insurance to your booking.
The cost will be added to your deposit.

Travel/cancellation insurance is also offered by other established companies, including the Alliance, the ERGO or the ADAC. The amount of the insurance premium depends on various factors, such as the travel costs, the destination and the insurance period. You can calculate the costs directly online using the rate calculator on the website of the respective insurance company.
Bergland - Internet
With a WLAN-enabled device, you can use the Internet throughout our house free of charge.
There is no internet in the wellness area.
Pets
...of guests are not allowed.
Information for allergy sufferers: We have a cat in the house.
